How much does it cost to get Audi spare key programmed?

I bought an Audi A4 spare key and I want to program it. How much will it cost to get it both programmed and made for my car?|||70 dollars U.S.|||Wouldn't it be a much better idea to get away from the computer and go over to the telephone and make a phone call to your nearest Audi dealer's service department? They will be the one who will have to do this for you. So why not get your information directly from the people who will be doing the work?
