I just bought a 2001 Audi A4. The battery had been changed, so the stereo needs to have a code to be reset. The dealership I bought it from said to go to the main Audi dealership and get it reset... any idea how much this might run me?|||It should not cost u anything, all u need to do is go to any Audi Dealer with the rego papers for poor of ownership. That is all i had to do.|||That's sick. There should be a radio code sticker either in your owner's manual or in the spare tire area. Punch the code into the stereo, and you're set.|||Your hand book should tell you how to punch in the code.
Audi should be able to give you the code if you can show proof of ownership.
