Is it possible to program an 2010 Audi keyless remote to a 2009 Nissan Altima?

I recently broke my Nissan Altima keyless remote, and i have this Audi remote just sitting around. Im wondering if there is any way i can program that remote to unlock the doors/trunk release, and panic for my nissan altima. Any help is appreciated.|||Only a dealer can telll you that. They had to send mine in for a new chip .|||Sorry Only Nissan remotes of the correct frequency will program and function after they are programed to the car. 2007 and newer I-Key cars need to see the Nissan dealership for remote and key reprograming. Some regular remotes (without key inserted inside) can be owner programed. E-mail me if you get a new remote.
