What years after 2001 or so did audi change the body style of the a4?|||The Audi A4 based on the B5 VW platform was built from model years 1996-2001 and available in 4-door sedan or 5-door wagon models.
The B6 platform was used from model years 2002-2006 for the sedan and wagon, and 2002-2007 for the convertible.
The B7 platform arrived early for the sedan and wagon, model years 2005-1/2 to 2008, and was used for the convertible from 2007 to 2008.
From 2009 to present all A4 models have used the B8 platform and body design.
