How to find the Gas button on a 02 Audi A6?

I just bought a 02 Audi A6 3.0 yesterday and I cannot find where to push the gas button. Usually on the side there is a lever for the gas and the trunk, but I cannot find the gas one. Can someone please help and tell me where it is so I can finally put some gas in my car.|||Just press the unlock button on your key fob. There is no separate unlock button for the fuel door. It is locked by a piston connected to a motor. You can also unlock it by pressing the button to unlock your car doors from inside the car, or turning the key in the trunk lock. That will also unlock or lock all 4 doors and set the alarm.

And if that piston motor ever dies, there is a red latch cord you can pull inside the cubby hole in the truck on the right side. You just have to remove that cover and reach in there.|||yea and you should just be able to push it in a bit and it pops out further so you can get your fingers behind|||If the car is unlocked, the fuel door is unlocked. When facing the fuel door, push on the right edge of the door and it will swing open from the left side.|||The central locking button on the driver's door locks and unlooks doors, trunk and fuel filler cap, if you hit it twice (if you hit it once, you will only unlock the driver's door). I had exactly the same problem you're having when I bought my Audi A6, resulting in my accidentally breaking off the electric release latch....
