What can i do as preventative maintenance to my audi allroads transmission?

I just bought an 02 audi allroad with 100k. Its in great condition, but I heard the transmissions can be a pain after so many miles. Is there anything I can do now so I don't have to fork out the big bucks later?|||Follow the maintenance schedule as outlined in the manual and change the fluids at the suggested times. You may also want to switch to a high performance transmission fluid.

It's been my experience that most of those complaining about the transmissions are those that abused them or had the cars chipped so along with harder driving, came rougher treatment of the tranny.|||Manual or tiptronic? State what kind, and I can help.
